Profile

A compliance lawyer at the Lyon Bar, Meije previously worked as a compliance officer in tech, in London, and as a legal engineer in legaltech. For several years now she has worked at the crossroads of law, operations and transformation. Well versed in complex, often international projects, she supports legal and compliance departments on compliance and process improvement, tool deployment and change management, embedded within the organisations she works with.

Alongside this, she works as a product owner, notably for legaltech and insurtech companies.

At Adventis, she works mainly on product, strategy, project management and internal communication / stakeholder engagement. Her approach is user-centred: understanding users' needs and practices in order to design relevant methods, tools or products, and to drive their adoption.
